I’m intrigued by stencil graffiti. There’s forethought, planning, and craftsmanship behind it. The themes and messages are interesting. Why is this lady looking at once threatening, and chic, with knitting needles?

Stone Faced
Throughout this past trip there were faces as ornament carved into stone. I wonder who was immortalized in stone – not just in big fancy sculptures and fountains, but over doorways, windows, and on fence posts.
